I have recently done a fair amount of research into AntiVirus and AniSpyware software and thought it would be a good Idea to gather all the good ones I found here in one spot and provide links to them. It is extremely important to keep up to date on your virus software, so I recommend checking for updates to all these files you download. I know that you just downloaded them, but you would be surprised how many of them you will need to update. Also, It is not good to run two dedicated AntiVirus programs together on the same machine. This is because each one will often consider the other to be a virus and will get in a little hissy fight with each other. I do recommend grabbing the virus program of your choice and all the antispyware programs and running them weekly.
